High-velocity character creation for the future of in-flight connectivity. We engineered an AI-driven pipeline to scale concept exploration and VFX integration for United Airlines, bridging the gap between rapid iteration and cinematic, partner-compliant output.

The challenge lay in the scale of collaboration. We built a custom generation system to develop original characters while personalizing iconic IP from partners like Hasbro and Peppa Pig.

This allowed us to maintain rigid brand consistency across a diverse cast of characters—from Transformers to Peppa Pig—within a unified, high-fidelity visual world.

Our workflow centered on a 2D-to-3D expansion engine, utilizing Stable Diffusion for rapid concepting and Cinema 4D for environmental staging.
By implementing AI-driven motion transfer, we mapped live-action performances onto digital characters in real-time. This allowed us to generate 360° turntables and full scene integrations within hours, drastically compressing the traditional approval window.

The speed of the pipeline enabled us to move from rough concept to final render with unprecedented momentum. Using Unreal Engine and After Effects, we could iterate on complex character designs without losing cinematic polish.

This high-velocity approach proves that AI can act as a bridge between the "sketch" phase and the final frame, ensuring that innovation is woven into every step of the creative process.

By integrating digital characters into real-world airport environments, we created a seamless "multiverse" that feels grounded and tactile.

The final output is a study in high-fidelity character integration, where 2D icons and 3D legends exist in the same space, unified by the power of an intelligent, AI-driven render stack.
