For Quaker’s iconic cereal brand, we teamed up with director Ben Conrad to reimagine Captain Crunch for a new generation. The campaign’s centerpiece film, “Be the Cap’n,” turns a dull morning routine into a surreal, high-seas adventure.
The film centers on a man who is “crunchitized” out of his daily grind and launched into the Cap’n’s technicolor world of cereal, chaos, and confidence. This narrative device instantly modernized the brand's lore for today's audience.
Blending live action, full-CG environments, 3D animation for the Captain, and 2D cel animation for supporting characters, the spot brought the brand’s signature energy to life in a way that feels both nostalgic and newly cinematic.

Every shot was built from a green screen foundation, which we expanded through digital world-building, stylized lighting, and playful UI animations that punctuate the story with humor and flair.
